This vinyasa class is meant for ages 7-12 (1st-5th grade)
 

Our Just Kids classes offer a sacred space for youth to connect with breath, body, mind and peers in a nurturing and supportive environment. Our youth teachers understand that physical, mental, and emotional needs vary greatly between these age groups, so they take care to gear classes to the specific needs of each group. Stretching body and mind, students will enjoy classes that include balancing, lengthening, and strengthening poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices that both energize and reduce stress.
